Country loaf, wheat and a little rye, 900 g, ₪22. Sesame batard, ₪18, usually gone by noon. Dark rye on Tuesday and Thursday, ₪24. Friday challah, ₪28, spoken for by Wednesday.

No pre-pack. You see the loaf.

Cafés write before noon the day before.

Plain, sesame, or raisin.

No filled doughs after the bench is full. No gluten-free loaf from this oven. If you need the bread early for a kitchen, say so in the order and we will hold it with your name.
